Please note that when we introduce (Lake Park Norton) to our breeding line any previous contracts for puppies will not apply to this line no exceptions. We respect Lake Park Bassets and we are so grateful to them for allowing us to have there line. All Akc papers for puppies from "Lake Park Norton" with show rights will have co-ownership with our kennel name. Puppies from this line will be micro-chipped and Pre-Akc registered before leaving.
Future Breedings for2010/2011 waiting list.
Please note that if a breeding is not a success or less puppies are born then expected waiting list spots and deposits will be moved to a future breeding. All deposits are non-refundable. We will always give family's the opportunity to change there mind on rather they want a male or female. Picking will go in the order of waiting list spots on a waiting list. We will except deposits for future breedings but can never guarantee the number of puppies that will be born. Ultrasound's and ex-rays of Dams due are not always accurate. If there is a specific breeding being requested and there are not enough puppies born from that breeding you can placed on the next time breeding of that Sire and Dam. After we receive your deposit and if you later choose to go with a different breeder do to timing and so on your deposit is non-refundable. Update regarding picking and waiting list spots: Picking is listed and may change due to the preference of what each family's want such as color and gender and what is available after puppies are born. We list the waiting list to give an idea of how many people are waiting for puppies. Please note that we have spots saved for our own picking for our kennel and other breeders we work with. If we decide to not pick a puppy from a breeding that will move names up and open up more spots. One of main goals when having family's pick puppies is matching them to the right puppy. We want family's and puppies to be happy and content.
